Beginner Fitness Plan
This 4-week fitness plan is designed to help beginners establish a consistent exercise routine while gradually building strength and endurance.
Week 1: Foundation
- Day 1–2: 20-minute brisk walking
- Day 3: Bodyweight squats (2 sets of 10), push-ups (2 sets of 5)
- Day 4–5: Rest or light stretching (10 minutes)
- Day 6: 15-minute jog
- Day 7: Full rest
Week 2: Building Momentum
- Day 1: 25-minute brisk walking + lunges (2 sets of 8 per leg)
- Day 2: Rest
- Day 3: Push-ups (3 sets of 5), planks (20 seconds)
- Day 4–5: 20-minute jog
- Day 6: Yoga or stretching session (20 minutes)
- Day 7: Full rest
